FNB Pretoria is seeking a Branch Delivery Sales and Service Team Leader to guide the branch sales and service team toward ambitious targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a compliant, governance‑driven environment.

You will lead, coach, and develop team members, analyze customer insights, and drive growth through product campaigns, ensuring service excellence and risk awareness across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 required.
• Preferred NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking or Business Management.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, management, or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk, and governance in financial services.
