FNB is seeking a Branch Delivery Sales and Service Team Leader in Pretoria to lead and coach the branch sales and service team toward target achievement, ensure compliant processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on driving sales across product and campaign initiatives, maintaining strong governance, and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic branch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking or Business Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, management and/or supervisory roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the sales and service team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales initiatives to optimise growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliant delivery of customer experiences and governance.
