Job summary

JenRecruitment PTY Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead sales growth across multiple branches (Midrand / Bloemfontein / Durban (Amanzimtoti) / East London) in South Africa. The role focuses ~80% on external sales and business development and ~20% on internal sales administration.

You will generate new business, maintain client relationships, prepare and follow up on quotations, and manage daily sales activities to support national growth.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Sales Managers to lead sales growth within the (Midrand / Bloemfontein / Durban (Amanzimtoti) / East London) branches while expanding the company's national sales footprint.

This role is focused on approximately 80% external sales and business development and 20% internal sales administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, preparing and following up on quotations, managing daily sales activities and supporting the overall growth strategy of the business.

The position also includes overseeing the company's online marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, including social media, websites and email marketing, while contributing to the development and expansion of the national sales team.
