Job summary

Finbond Mutual Bank is seeking a Branch Consultant in Gauteng to provide sales, promotion, communication and administrative support to clients. You will handle calls, record client data, assist with payments and Nupay reports, and help reconcile accounts in a fast-paced branch environment.

The role requires Matric, basic financial services knowledge, and the ability to communicate in at least two local languages.

Qualifications

Matric is required.
Knowledge of financial services industry is preferred.
No criminal record and clear ITC.
Willingness to undertake duties beyond core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Answer and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Record client information accurately on the Delfin system.
Handle client complaints and inquiries about payments (eft, Allps, Nupay, etc).
Assist with checking and capturing Nupay reports and follow up on failed transactions.
Assist with minimizing Bad Debt.
Daily Balancing of Cash Box.
Prepare and submit Daily/Monthly reports to Head Office.
Reconcile client accounts and update file notes.
Maintain administration records for loans and related processes.
Operate company computer systems and processes per procedures.
Assist with Marketing and Product Sales.
