Job summary

Traka Group is seeking a Branch Administrator for the Port Elizabeth branch. The role focuses on administration, customer service, stock coordination and logistics management to support day-to-day branch operations.

You will work with the Storeman, Sales Rep and Senior Branch Administrator to ensure accurate stock control, timely order processing and efficient delivery coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 2-3 years' experience in administration or branch environment.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience on SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers promptly and professionally.
• Answer telephone calls promptly.
• Achieve monthly sales/GP targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing and promotions.
• Invoicing orders and communicating progress to customer/Rep.
• Stock coordination and checking orders on handover.
