Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group's Port Elizabeth branch seeks a Branch Administrator to support daily branch operations through accurate administration, customer service, stock coordination and logistics management. You will work closely with the Storeman, Sales Rep and Senior Branch Administrator to ensure timely order processing and smooth deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP or ERP systems to maintain

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric. 2-3 years' experience in administration or a branch environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience on SAP or ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers promptly and professionally.
• Telephone calls to be answered promptly.
• Invoicing orders and communicating progress to customer/Rep.
• Stock control and inventory management; co-ordinate stock.
• Ensure CODs are paid before invoicing and releasing stock on COD accounts.
