Job summary

RecruiTech in Potchefstroom is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, including collections, deliveries and distribution, and to drive exceptional service. You will mentor and manage the branch team while pursuing new business and nurturing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a logistics management role, a relevant qualification, a valid driver’s licence, and a proven ability to manage budgets, costs and targets with a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a management role within courier/logistics.
• Proven experience managing branch operations and staff.
• A relevant qualification in Logistics, Business Management or related field would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of courier operations, collections, deliveries and distribution processes.
• Experience managing budgets, operational costs and performance targets.
• A valid driver's licence.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
