Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Bloemfontein is seeking a Branch Manager, Operations, Road to lead staff, resources and client delivery in line with our strategy. The role concentrates on revenue, profitability and service delivery while driving growth and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of people management and extensive logistics experience, including transport, warehousing and project leadership, plus budgeting skills and a valid driver’s license. Travel within SA is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years people management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, logistics, warehousing and projects.
• 3 years budgeting and financial controls experience (read P&Ls).
• Understanding of cost trends and forecasting.
• Own vehicle with valid driver’s license and ability to travel within SA.
• Knowledge of LRA and BCEA and Industrial Relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff, resources and clients; align with branch strategy.
• Ensure revenue, profitability, and service delivery targets are met.
• Deliver Service Catalogue to clients and manage cost/productivity.
• Oversee compliance with internal/external controls and KPIs.
• Forecast branch performance and manage P&L costs.
• Interact with customers and maintain systems and processes.
