Job summary

Qualifications

4-year degree in Logistics/SCM or Industrial Engineering or an equivalent diploma (BTECH).
8+ years of relevant experience in logistics or related fields.
Experience in managing large teams and complex operations is required.

Responsibilities

Lead Ford Silverton operations in Gauteng and ensure all customer SLAs are met.
Maintain compliance with DSV standards and SHERQ requirements; drive quality management systems.
Manage P&L and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve profitability and service levels.
Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the operation.
Oversee client relationships, contract adherence and performance reporting.
Coordinate launch activities and ensure operational readiness for new scopes.
