Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Branch Manager with all administrative tasks.
• Assist with repairs and returns in a timely manner.
• Schedule, submit, and initiate customer returns per standard procedures.
• Assist with daily cash ups and processing of the cash book, and provide reports for head office.
• Help improve service quality and prepare all required paperwork for same.
• Manage and resolve issues in customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff.
