Qualifications

• Experience in the hardware sector.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Stable working history.
• Developing and executing strategic plans for branch growth.
• Exploring expansion or diversification opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with the local community.
• Participating in community events and support local initiatives.
• Analysing sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance store performance.
• Implementing inventory controls to reduce losses due to theft or damage.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile with sales records.
