Job summary

Atlas Finance seeks an experienced branch manager to drive daily operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while growing loan sales and collections. The role focuses on achieving monthly targets and optimizing resources for revenue growth.

Ideal candidates hold Micro Lending and General Management qualifications with 2+ years in microfinance and junior management, plus intermediate computer literacy. Local market knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L4).
• Certificate/Diploma in General Management (NQF L5) - Advantage.
• 2 years' experience in Micro Finance.
• 2 years' experience in junior management.
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
