The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive industry experience, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership to manage teams, ensure QA-compliance, and deliver exceptional client service in a demanding market.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with 3 years in a middle management capacity.
• Grade 12 Certificate and FIATA diploma or NQF7 freight forwarding qualification or equivalent.

• Control and manage budget

• Reporting and Compliance
• Comply with the requirements of the quality management system

Minimum qualification

• Grade 12 Certificate
• FIATA diploma or 3-year freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 7 or equivalent

Minimum experience and knowledge:

• 10 years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with 3 years in a middle management capacity
