Job summary

Röhlig & Co is seeking a Regional Manager based in CPT to lead regional strategy, resource optimization, and financial control. The role focuses on driving business development, managing client relationships, and overseeing logistics operations within the region.

The ideal candidate holds a FIATA diploma or equivalent, with 10 years in freight/logistics and at least 5 years in a senior or regional management capacity. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification is required.
• FIATA diploma or a 3-year freight forwarding qualification (NQF7) or equivalent is required.
• 10 years in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Supply Chain including airfreight, seafreight, contract logistics or sales, with at least 5 years in a senior/regional role.

Minimum qualification
