Job summary

Röhlig & Co in Durban seeks an experienced Branch Manager for the Seafreight Branch to lead daily operations, manage resources and deliver excellent client service. You will drive budgeting, reporting and compliance while guiding staff through formal quality processes.

The role requires extensive Freight Forwarding experience, strong leadership and financial acumen to optimise performance in a busy branch environment in Durban.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate
• FIATA diploma or 3-year freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 7 or equivalent
• 10 years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with 3 years in a middle management capacity
