Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Northern Suburbs/Airport operations, driving revenue, profitability and market growth across rental, sales and service. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships while guiding the branch team to achieve financial and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/N3.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, Commerce, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
• Postgraduate business qualification (e.g. MBA or PGDip in Business Administration).
• 5 years' commercial management experience with direct accountability for revenue and profit targets in a sales, rental, or service environment.
• 5 years in a branch, business unit, or profit-center leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of achieving financial and sales targets and growing market share.
• Demonstrated success in building and retaining key customer and stakeholder relationships at senior level.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while leading and developing the branch team to achieve financial, operational and performance objectives. Ensure effective, safe and compliant branch operations, while implementing strategic initiatives that support sustainable business growth and strengthen the company's presence across the Western Cape market.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12/N3
• Required: Bachelor's degree in business management, Commerce, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred: Postgraduate business qualification (e.g. MBA or PGDip in Business Administration)
• Required: 5 years' commercial management experience with direct accountability for revenue and profit targets in a sales, rental, or service environment.
• Required: 5 years in a branch, business unit, or profit-center leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Required: Proven track record of achieving financial and sales targets and growing market share.
