Job summary

Metropolitan in South Africa is seeking a capable leader to manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisers, delivering an excellent client experience and supporting the achievement of Channel sales targets.

You will develop action plans to drive sales, ensure compliance with operational processes and FAIS requirements, cultivate a positive branch culture to energise staff, and recruit high performing advisers to join your team, enabling growth in long-term insurance and pension benefit

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification.
• RE5.
• FAIS Representative legislative qualification.
• Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable).
