Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team of advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to medium-sized team of advisors to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in sales campaigns.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Drive sales of customer propositions with senior support when necessary.
• Monitor performance, allocate work, and ensure timely execution of plans.
• Support budgeting processes and track variances for local operations.
• Coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Promote a strong customer focus in internal communications and external interactions.
