Job summary

FirstRand Bank India is seeking a Hello Future Branch Delivery Support Advisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional banking service in a high-volume branch environment. You will build client relationships, provide compliant financial advice, and support the growth of assets while ensuring FAIS, FICA and TCF adherence.

The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering suitable product solutions, and maintaining ongoing relationship management in line with governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• RE Level 5 regulatory examination (Preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by applying established processes to achieve targets.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor, manage and influence sales activities to meet predefined targets.
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities while strengthening client relationships at the point of sale.
• Grow the active customer base through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
