Job summary

FNB Ladysmith is hiring a Branch Advisor to provide compliant financial advice to clients in a high-volume POP environment. You will build lasting relationships, educate customers on banking channels, and manage client records with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial services, strong FAIS/TCF knowledge, and proven ability to meet sales and service targets while maintaining high compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice and walk-in clients in a high-volume branch environment.
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions in line with FAIS requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
