Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
• Provide a positive customer experience by assisting transactional needs and guiding to appropriate channels
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs
• Analyze customer data to provide suitable financial advice and solutions
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Meet individual and branch sales and service targets
• Act ethically and take accountability for performance and development
• Show empathy and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times
