First National Bank (FNB) in Pretoria is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial guidance in a high-volume branch. You will understand client needs, offer suitable solutions, and manage ongoing relationships in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF standards.

You will build long-term client relationships, educate customers about the right banking channels, and strive to meet sales and service targets while upholding ethical standards and data accuracy.

Formación

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related FAIS-recognised field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery or client support within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client financial goals.
