Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited, within the POP network, seeks a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial guidance in a high-volume branch. You will build lasting client relationships, educate customers on banking channels, and ensure FCA-like fairness and policy adherence while meeting service targets.

You will handle client data, stay up-to-date with product knowledge, and work ethically with a view to growth and retention in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with policy and process.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets and stay compliant.
