Job summary

Boomerang BPO invites applications for a learnership at the Boomerang BPO Contact Centre in Wynberg, South Africa. This program offers a nationally recognised qualification, practical workplace experience and development in customer service, sales, digital and professional skills.

Participants receive structured training, mentorship and coaching in a supportive learning environment to boost employability and career readiness within the contact centre sector.

Qualifications

• Must be 18–35 years old and a South African citizen.
• Must have completed Grade 12 (Umalusi) and live in the Western Cape.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in BPO, contact centres, retail or hospitality.
• Must have been unemployed for at least one month before the final interview.
• Must not be currently studying or enrolled in another learnership.
• Must not have previously participated in a DEDAT learnership programme.
