Learnership Overview:

We currently have a great opportunity available for 24x vibrant learners looking to cement their careers within the Contact Centre industry. A Learnership is a structured learning program for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework. The duration of a Learnership is twelve months.

Skills and Experience:

• In possession of your grade 12 certificate. Not the statement of results.
• Interested applicants must have a valid learners/driver's license
• +1 year of working experience within theCall Centre industry or an interest in the industry.
• Interested applicants must not have completed the same learnership.
• Be a South African citizen by birth
• Between the ages of 18-30
• Must not be employed or studying full time
• Fully proficient in English
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
