Job summary

Signa Academy invites unemployed South African youth to join the Contact Centre Learnership for 2026. You will be paid to answer calls while gaining a National Qualification, with progress toward NQF Level 2 or 4.

Participants will work in a real corporate environment, learn CRM basics, and develop workplace etiquette. A monthly stipend from 3,500 to 5,000 ZAR is provided to cover transport and basic living costs.

Qualifications

• Must be an unemployed South African youth seeking a learnership.
• Prepare required documents: colour copies of ID, bank statement, SARS tax number, unemployment affidavit.
