Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hotel management, preferably boutique/upscale.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and controlling costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks on-site and remotely in a Hybrid model.
• Knowledge of hospitality and tourism market in Klerksdorp, North West.
• Must be able to be on-site in Klerksdorp as required.
