Responsibilities

Capturing and controlling of all journal entries
Prepare journal entries for sundry ledger adjustments
Reconcile loan amounts, investigate and clear differences
Reconcile and control accounts with subsidiary trail balances, investigate and clear differences
Approved capex matched to invoices
Fixed Assets verified are updated and can be audited
Management reports on fixed assets
Download fix asset register to general ledger
Notify users of assets expiring and organise replenishments
Accounts balanced
Preparation of journals and documentation
Posting journals to general ledger
Provisions and accruals
Inter-company documents prepared
Respond to queries form intercompanies
