Placements24 is seeking a strategic Blockchain Ecosystem Manager to drive the growth of a vibrant blockchain ecosystem in Mbombela. You will build and nurture partnerships with developers, DApp projects, and the wider community while sourcing new collaboration opportunities.

The role blends business acumen with technical insight and requires strong communications and event-management skills to promote the ecosystem at industry events and meetups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or community management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in organizing events and managing online/offline communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand and strengthen the blockchain ecosystem.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new partners, developers, and DApp projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the blockchain community.
• Organize and participate in community events, conferences, and meetups to promote the ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different ecosystem participants.
