Placements24's client in Mahikeng is seeking an organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead initiatives from their office in Mahikeng. You will oversee the full lifecycle of blockchain projects, from planning to delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience in blockchain or tech projects, strong understanding of blockchain, and proficiency with Jira/Asana.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager, focusing on blockchain or technology projects.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and development methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor blockchain projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Lead project teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to all stakeholders regularly.
