Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Lead Verifier with extensive Revit and BIM360 expertise to model, verify, and coordinate complex structural projects. You will oversee QA/QC, manage submissions, and drive adherence to BIM standards while guiding junior team members.

Applicants should have a BIM qualification or Civil/Structural degree, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Good technical knowledge of practice line discipline.
• Advanced understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Model and produce drawings in the structural discipline with limited supervision.
• Act as BIM Lead Verifier and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan and standards.
• Coordinate project BIM models to meet client requirements and industry standards.
• QA/QC of team deliverables and coordination using Navisworks.
• Manage BIM submissions and BIM360 projects with deadlines.
• Guide and support junior staff in BIM tasks.
