Job summary

RecruitMyMom, a fast-growing Out-of-Home media company, seeks a Billboard & In-Mall Production Manager who owns end-to-end production and flighting operations. This in-office, permanent role requires superb organization and the ability to move campaigns from concept to completion.

You will coordinate with relationship managers, agencies, printers, installation teams, and landlords to ensure artwork, proofs, builds, flighting, installation proof, billing, and timely deliveries are flawless.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in production, operations, traffic, or project coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in Out-of-Home advertising, billboard/in-mall media, print production, signage, or ad agencies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns, suppliers, and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Excel, Outlook, PO tracking, and digital artwork files/specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of billboard and in-mall campaigns, from art to production.
• Schedule flighting teams, manage notices, and ensure 24-hour proof delivery.
• Coordinate repairs and site access with managers and landlords, track to completion.
• Prepare POs, reconcile weekly lists, chase invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with printers, installers, landlords, and internal teams.
