Job summary

99 Cents is seeking a Campaign & Workflow Manager to oversee day-to-day client relationships, lead status meetings, and drive the promotional calendar with clients. You will develop deep client insights, manage expectations, and ensure retention, with accurate meeting reports and proactive issue resolution.

The role requires coordinating campaign workflows end-to-end, ensuring briefs are complete, and delivering on-time across formats.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships as a trusted, dependable contact
• Lead status meetings and manage the promotional calendar with the client
• Develop deep understanding of each client and their objectives
• Manage expectations and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention
• Accurate contact reports of meetings.
• Manage a campaign job flow end to end
• Ensure briefs are accurate, complete and correctly prioritised
• Drive on-time, on-spec delivery across all formats and channels
• Maintain workflow discipline and accurate job status in Magnetic
• Work effectively with internal teams and external agency partners to achieve campaign objectives within deadline time
• Take accountability for accuracy of pricing, copy and mechanics
• Uphold brand CI consistency across the portfolio
• Ensure proofing and reconciliation discipline is followed
• Prevent errors, reprints and rework through close oversight
• Embed quality standards within the team
• Manage cost estimates and ensure timely billing
• Monitor job profitability and manage scope actively of project and retainer clients
• Track budgets and flag over-servicing early
• Monthly account reconciliations
• Work closely with internal teams
• Provide clear & constructive feedback
• Drive accountability and proactive behaviour within the team
• Foster a collaborative, high-standard working environment
• Lead by example on discipline and ownership
