Job summary

RecruitMyMom in Century City, Cape Town, South Africa is seeking a Billboard & In-Mall Production Lead to own end-to-end production and flighting for campaigns. This permanent full-time role is in-office with some flexibility and a Monday-Thursday + Friday schedule.

You will manage artwork, proofs, scheduling, installation coordination, and billing, interfacing with printers, agencies, landlords, and internal teams to ensure campaigns print, flight, maintain, and bill on time.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in production, operations, traffic, or project coordination.
• Strong background in Out-of-Home advertising, billboard/in-mall media, print production, signage, or agencies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, Outlook, PO tracking, and handling digital artwork files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of billboard and in-mall campaigns.
• Coordinate flighting, installation, and schedule master plan with proofs.
• Coordinate repairs and site maintenance with shopping centre managers and landlords.
• Handle production financial administration: POs, invoices, quotes, and reconciliations.
• Manage relationships with printers, installers, landlords, and internal teams.
