You will engage with customers by telephone, check stock availability, capture orders, and maintain accurate records. A bilingual command of English and Afrikaans is essential to effective customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations using Pastel.
• Reconnect with existing clients and conduct needs analysis via telephone.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to convert opportunities into sales.
• Answer incoming sales calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Take customer orders via telephone or email and complete all required documentation.
• Check stock availability and confirm delivery dates.
• Capture sales orders on Pastel in line with planning and lead-times.
• Send order acknowledgements to customers.
• Ensure production and printing orders are correctly loaded.
• Support external sales representatives with pricing, orders, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales, quote, and customer records.
