Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an experienced SQL/C# Specialist in Cape Town to design, build, test, and ship BI solutions. You will implement ETL, manage databases, and integrate APIs with external systems while expanding analytics for business insights.

The role reports to the BI Manager and is based at the Montague Gardens office. Minimum 5–8 years in IT with strong SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS and C# experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years IT experience in programming or systems analysis.
• Proficient in T-SQL, MS SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS.
• Experience with C# data processing and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor active integrations (POS, EDI, SFTP, REST, SOAP).
• Improve ETL processing and data pipelines.
• Assist with requirements gathering and write technical specs.
• Develop new requirements in MS SQL and C#, including advanced insights models.
• Database administration and resource optimization.
• Explore AI solutions to generate meaningful insights.
