You will engage with customers, meet monthly sales targets, stay informed about product trends, and collaborate with store teams to ensure a high standard of presentation and customer care.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Experience within beauty / skincare / retail / FMCG environment / sales or marketing environment

Responsibilities

• Consult customers and advise on best products to meet needs.
• Drive sales in the beauty department through promotion and cross-selling to meet monthly targets.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to boost sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, ranges, promotions and events.
• Execute operational activities in the beauty department, including stock management and housekeeping.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards are met.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador and promote the Clicks clubcard.
• Encourage clubcard enrolment to reach participation targets.
• Support profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
