Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and client requests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and exceptional service.

• Adhere to all liquor laws and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a catering or high-volume establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails , spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong mixology skills and ability to create new beverage options.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Valid bartending certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events in Kimberley .
