Fluency in German and English, plus a passion for high-end hospitality, are required. You will work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a spotless lounge and attentive customer care.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
• Engage with guests and build rapport to enhance their overall experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and crew members
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• Perform any other duties assigned by the lounge manager or other supervisors.
