You will oversee setup, service and breakdown, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in banqueting, events or F&B service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate setup and breakdown of banqueting and event spaces according to BEOs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the banqueting service team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Manage guest service during events, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with clients, chefs, and other departments to confirm event details and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory of banqueting equipment, linens, and supplies, ensuring they are maintained and readily available.
• Conduct pre-function briefings with the banqueting team to outline event requirements and service standards.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues effectively and efficiently during events.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the banqueting areas.
• Contribute to maintaining the venue's reputation for exceptional event execution.
