Responsibilities

• Conduct daily stock takes and rotate stock effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic bar area and manage waste separation.
• Process guest bills accurately and complete cash-ups.
• Keep the bar well-stocked, organised and ready for service.
• Provide friendly and attentive service and respond to guest requests professionally.
