Job summary

Rewardsco is seeking an exceptional business development leader to build its Banking vertical into a scalable, profitable growth engine alongside Telco and Financial Services. This role focuses on creating new revenue streams rather than maintaining existing portfolios.

Reporting to the Managing Director: Rewardsco Sales, you will define strategy, secure anchor banking clients, and drive end-to-end campaigns from concept through revenue.

Qualifications

• Track record building profitable verticals or large client portfolios.
• Ability to secure anchor clients and convert complex opportunities into contracted revenue.
• Strong commercial judgement and strategic account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Banking vertical strategy with clear market proposition and roadmap.
• Secure anchor banking clients and diversify the client portfolio to reduce revenue concentration risk.
• Convert opportunities into contracted revenue from proposals to revenue campaigns.
• Expand client relationships across acquisition, servicing, retention and growth to increase share of wallet.
• Own vertical revenue, profitability, pricing and campaign economics with approved financial targets.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and timely revenue recognition.
