Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is seeking a proactive External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and tailor value-adding banking solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply sales processes, build client relationships, and cross-sell to expand the portfolio while adhering to governance and regulatory requirements. A FSCA NQF Level 5 qualification and First Level regulatory exam are required.

Qualifications

• FSCA-recognized NQF Level 5 qualification is required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
• Ability to apply appropriate sales processes and comply with governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to achieve sales targets.
• Retrieve qualified leads and contact clients to generate sales.
• Source new leads and expand the customer base through multiple channels.
• Sell banking products to achieve targets and manage the end-to-end client process.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Track and influence sales activities to meet quality and productivity goals.
