Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF 5 Certificate in Banking or related field.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and identify needs.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate to digital/self-service.
• Fulfils transactions and achieves service targets with high accuracy.
• Manage leads, referrals, and customer follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS, FICA, TCF compliance.
