Job summary

FEM is offering a 12-month Customer Service Internship in its Customer Service Department at Head Office, Johannesburg. The internship provides administrative and customer service support while assisting branches in delivering excellent customer service.

Successful candidates will act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments, respond to queries within agreed timeframes, and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Matric with good functional literacy in English and Mathematics.
• Communication and/or Customer Service qualification (advantageous).
• Relevant Diploma or Degree (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Support branches in achieving customer service and operational objectives.
• Deliver professional, efficient, and high-quality customer service.
• Provide administrative support within the Customer Service Department.
• Act as the liaison between external customers and internal departments.
• Respond to customer queries within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate customer service records and documentation.
