The program requires strong customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective teamwork, professionalism, courteousness, and a self-starter mentality. Essential requirements include being aged 18-30 years, having a completed degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification, proficiency in English, not being employed, not registered with any other learnership/internship at the time of application, being computer literate, a team player and self-motivated person, and flexibility. The program is only available for 12 months, and successful candidates will receive continuous mentoring and training to support their personal and professional development. A monthly stipend will be provided for the internship duration. Recruitment process and risk check requirements include complete online occupational assessments, no criminal record, false documentation, references with previous employers, clear credit score, and no registered employee dismissal.
