Job summary

FNB in Jacobsdal is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch environment. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, identify needs, and offer banking and digital channel solutions while upholding FAIS, FICA, TCF, and internal governance.

You will promote digital and self-service channels, manage leads and referrals, and maintain accurate customer records, aiming for exceptional service and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration or Customer Service.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner and provide banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels and migrate to e-Channels and self-service.
• Fulfil transactions while delivering exceptional service within benchmarks.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS, FICA and TCF compliance.
