You will drive profitability, ensure food safety and quality standards, and lead high-performing teams across departments. A relevant retail/food services background with strong financial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Diploma or qualification in Retail, Bakery, Food Services or Hospitality is advantageous.
