Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outbound activities over mass spamming, utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar in agency or SaaS is preferred.
• B2B sales experience with a quota is beneficial.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and maintaining your own pipeline.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
