Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, and tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, and craft the 90-day roadmaps for each

Qualifikationen

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns, built, run and optimized yourself.
Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with data-driven decisions.
Experience in an agency setting handling multiple clients simultaneously.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, know when to kill a campaign.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the story behind the numbers.
Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
